App-Forge develops applications, integrations and software solutions for Atlassian Cloud products using the Atlassian Forge platform.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer or copy our software except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our services.
• Use our products in violation of applicable laws or Atlassian policies.

4. Atlassian Marketplace Applications

Our applications are designed to integrate with Atlassian Cloud products. Certain functionality depends upon services, permissions and APIs provided by Atlassian. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes made by Atlassian that affect the operation of our applications.

5. Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, all software, documentation and website content remain the intellectual property of App-Forge. Your use of our Marketplace applications is subject to the applicable licence purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace.

6. Support

We provide support for our products in accordance with any published Service Level Agreement (SLA) or support policy. Support availability may vary depending on the product and subscription level.

7. Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee that our website or applications will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App-Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website, software or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
